1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Haus Logic website (hauslogic.ae) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

Haus Logic provides smart home and building automation services, including but not limited to:

• KNX-based automation system design and installation
• Lighting, climate, and blinds control systems
• Security and access control integration
• CCTV and surveillance system installation
• Network infrastructure setup
• Ongoing maintenance and support

3. Consultations and Quotations

Initial consultations are provided free of charge. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on:

• Changes in project scope or specifications
• Site conditions discovered during installation
• Fluctuations in equipment costs
• Additional requirements requested by the client

4. Project Execution

Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and coordination with other contractors. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

Site Access

Clients must provide reasonable access to the project site during agreed working hours. Delays caused by restricted access may affect project timelines.

Third-Party Coordination

Clients are responsible for coordinating with other contractors (electrical, MEP, interior designers) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in the project agreement:

• A deposit is required to commence work
• Progress payments are due as specified in the agreement
• Final payment is due upon project completion and handover
• Late payments may incur additional charges

6. Warranty

Haus Logic provides warranties on both workmanship and equipment:

• Installation workmanship: 12 months from handover
• Equipment: As per manufacturer's warranty terms
• Programming and configuration: 12 months from handover

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, power surges, or acts of nature.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haus Logic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Haus Logic or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. System designs and programming created for client projects remain the intellectual property of Haus Logic, with clients granted a perpetual license to use the installed system.

9. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
• Transmit any viruses or malicious code
• Collect information about other users
• Reproduce or redistribute content without permission

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
