Every fixture is addressable through KNX with DALI on architectural luminaires. Family scenes are intuitive enough for non-technical members to operate without a manual. Kids zones have parental override on dimming and bedtime sequences.

HVAC filtration sizing, outdoor device IP ratings, and biannual cleaning of switch and panel surfaces are all part of the standard specification. The villas themselves are family-first: kids wings, pool decks, outdoor dining zones, and garage automation all need clean zoning and intuitive control for non-technical family members.
