Corporate Office, Fajr Interiors

Al Barsha smart office · JUNG KNX, DALI & Haus Logic OS

A complete smart-office fit-out for Fajr Interiors in Al Barsha, Dubai. JUNG KNX touch panels and DALI drive the lighting across every room, including a tunable-white stretch ceiling, while a Haus Logic OS dashboard unifies lighting, climate, security, media and energy on one interface. Smart locks with live video at the entrance, integrated CCTV, zone climate control, energy monitoring, motorised blinds and English voice control put the whole office one tap, or one word, away, on the wall or the manager's phone.

The Challenge

Fajr Interiors wanted their Al Barsha office to run as one intelligent system, not a drawer of separate apps and remotes. Lighting, climate, security, media and energy all needed to sit on a single interface any staff member could use, with live oversight of the entrance and secure remote access for management, running locally without cloud lock-in.

Our Solution

Haus Logic delivered a JUNG KNX system with DALI lighting control across every room, including a tunable-white stretch ceiling dimmed and tuned from the dashboard. Three smart door locks were integrated, with the front entrance streaming a live image of whoever is there and pushing that view to the manager's phone when the bell is pressed. CCTV cameras, media and amplifier controls, Honeywell zone thermostats, motorised blinds and occupancy motion sensors all feed one Haus Logic OS dashboard, on the wall and on mobile with secure remote access. Circuit-level energy monitoring and an English voice and AI assistant layer let the team ask why a bill is high or turn the office on by voice.
