Corporate Office, The Opus

KNX automation for a corporate office fit-out inside The Opus, the Zaha Hadid-designed landmark in Business Bay, Dubai. A Theben KNX backbone drives DALI lighting with presence-based control, iONprime keypads give tactile scene control at the wall, and two wall-mounted iPads running Haus Logic OS put the whole floor on a single dashboard. A secure KNX IP router enables encrypted remote management, and the system runs locally for everyday reliability.

Corporate Office, Fajr Interiors

A complete smart-office fit-out for Fajr Interiors in Al Barsha, Dubai. JUNG KNX touch panels and DALI drive the lighting across every room, including a tunable-white stretch ceiling, while a Haus Logic OS dashboard unifies lighting, climate, security, media and energy on one interface. Smart locks with live video at the entrance, integrated CCTV, zone climate control, energy monitoring, motorised blinds and English voice control put the whole office one tap, or one word, away, on the wall or the manager's phone.

Palm Jumeirah Apartment, Serenia Living

KNX automation for a private apartment in Serenia Living on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. A Theben KNX backbone dims all twenty lighting circuits, and DALI control lets each addressable fitting dim on its own rather than in banks. Presence detectors light the corridors and bathrooms automatically. Climate, curtains and a Sonos audio system run from iONprime keypads, a wall-mounted iPad and the Haus Logic OS app, so every room is controlled the same way from one interface. The system runs locally and keeps working when the internet does not, with secure remote access through an encrypted KNX IP router. Interior design and renders by Cedyl Design.

Private Yacht, Mangusta 104 REV

Haus Logic delivers wired marine automation, KNX and DALI, for yachts as well as villas, apartments and offices. On this privately owned Mangusta 104 REV, a 31.8 metre motor yacht berthed in Abu Dhabi, Haus Logic was engaged to resolve control issues on an existing KNX and DALI lighting installation by others, operated by the crew from the SeaLux app on an iPad. The work covered system diagnostics, DALI compatibility resolution, re-programming and commissioning, returning the lighting to reliable control from the app. Haus Logic also provides annual maintenance contracts (AMC) that protect onboard lighting and control systems and minimise operational risk. Photographs show the Mangusta 104 REV model and are by Mangusta Yachts (Overmarine Group); the client's yacht is not pictured.

Private Villa, Polo Homes

A two-storey villa in Polo Homes, Arabian Ranches, with more than 300 KNX devices controlling 600 lights, the curtains and the air conditioning. The house also has more than 30 cameras, a 12-zone audio system and a cinema room. When the owners came to Haus Logic, the whole house was offline. The previous contractor had left without handing over the ETS project files. Haus Logic reprogrammed the entire KNX system in seven days while the family lived in the house, rewrote the ETS project and handed it over, upgraded the network, brought the cameras and the audio system back online, and added full energy monitoring.
