The Challenge

The homeowner required a sophisticated system matching international standards, with particular emphasis on security and visitor management. The villa needed seamless integration between the KNX automation, a comprehensive CCTV system, and video intercom, all controllable from wall panels and mobile devices.

Our Solution

Installed 77 KNX devices with ThinkKNX as the automation brain, enabling complex logic sequences and third-party integrations. Gira System 55 keypads in anthracite finish complement the modern interiors. Deployed a full Hikvision security package, 8 cameras with NVR for local recording, plus video intercom at the gate and main entrance integrated with the KNX system.
