The Challenge

A large family villa with extensive outdoor areas required a robust automation system that could handle multiple zones while remaining simple for all family members to use. The property included a pool house, majlis, and landscaped gardens, all needing integrated control without complex interfaces.

Our Solution

Deployed 63 KNX devices across the property with EIBport v3 as the central visualisation server, providing browser-based control accessible from any device. Installed premium Jung push-button keypads in all rooms, programmed with intuitive scene control. UniFi network infrastructure provides property-wide WiFi coverage including outdoor areas, with UniFi Protect cameras covering all entry points and the pool area.
