Over 10+ years, delivered comprehensive building automation, theatre systems integration, security infrastructure, and specialized projects including infrastructure upgrades for Team Japan during the 2012 London Olympics.
The Challenge
The Royal Aeronautical Society's historic Mayfair townhouse operates continuously as both Society headquarters and premium events venue, hosting conferences, weddings, private dinners, and corporate events across eight distinct spaces. The venue requires a trusted technical partner capable of delivering major system installations and providing ongoing support within the constraints of a Grade II listed building.
Our Solution
Building a 10+ year partnership delivering integrated technical systems across the venue. Major projects include: complete theatre refit with KNX automation integrated with DALI lighting and DMX theatrical systems; building-wide AV infrastructure; comprehensive CCTV security system; KNX-controlled architectural lighting for the rooftop terrace overlooking Hyde Park; complete fire alarm system meeting heritage building requirements.
